Summary:

If you ever have the chance to visit a vineyard, make sure to have a guided tour of the grounds. It is virtually impossible that you will not have a greater appreciation and understanding of this verse from John 15. When Jesus says, “I am the Vine,” for all those who originally heard this message, it would have immediately evoked memories of time in the vineyard. Through their environment and daily life, Jesus was trying to describe the kind of relationship between God, Jesus and our community. Pastor Anna helps us to understand within our own context about being the fruit on the vine.
