    Summary:

    The older I get, the more I appreciate the time before — the anticipation of the event. Just as the sky grows dark earlier and affects our commute and outdoor activities, the streets begin to light up with the anticipation of Christmas. In the church, we celebrate the season of anticipation, through Advent. It’s here, it’s finally here. Pastor Anna draws our attention to the lights and decorations of Christmas and further into the light of the Christ breaking into our world.
